Korban baru Saipul Jamil, AW rencananya akan dijadikan saksi bagi DS oleh penyidik Polsek Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara. Kuasa hukum Saipul Jamil, Nazarudin Lubis, tak mempermasalahkan hal tersebut.
"Sudah saya katakan, kalau ada bukti ya silahkan saja. Katanya dia (AW) merasa diperlakukan seperti itu (pencabulan dan kekerasan), kalau dia bisa buktikan ya silahkan," ujar Nazarudin Lubis, ditemui di Polsek Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, Jumat (26/2/2016).
Namun kalau AW tak bisa membuktikan, Nazarudin Lubis pun berencana akan melaporkan balik pihak AW. AW akan dilaporkan dengan tuduhan sumpah palsu dan pencemaran nama baik.
"Kalau enggak ada bukti, kita tuntut balik, bisa dikenakan pasal 242 tentang keterangan palsu. Dikenakan ayat 1 sanksinya tujuh tahun penjara, ayat 2 selama sembilan tahun penjara," sambung Nazarudin Lubis.
Maka dari itu, Nazarudin Lubis pun memberikan pesan kepada AW dan pihak lain yang mengaku sebagai korban Saipul Jamil, untuk berpikir ulang sebelum melapor. "Jadi jangan sampai jadi bumerang untuk dia. Kalau ada bukti ya silahkan saja melapor," ucapnya.
